Order canceling

If you want to cancel an order that you have not completed the payment for, just leave it unpaid and it will automatically expire after a period of time, usually within 24 hours.

If you want to cancel an order for which you have completed the payment, you can only return and refund it. To learn how to return your order follow the instructions on the page Return orders .
